She's an experienced HR professional turned 'career and leadership' coach and trainer, bringing over 17 years of experience across various companies and roles in APAC, Europe, and the UK.

Preeti specialises in building talent, leadership development, learning & development  (L&D) & Organisational development (OD). She's worked across industries including manufacturing, automotive, FMCD and financial services in various HR roles.

Now based in Dublin and India, she leverages her diverse background to guide professionals in navigating career challenges and building impactful careers worldwide.

As a certified “Chartered Fellow” in CIPD and a “Life Coach,” Preeti strives to combine internationally recognized HR practices with personalized strategies to help people stand out, lead with impact, and achieve their career goals.

Whether they are aiming for leadership roles, a career pivot, or just beginning in their careers, she partners with them in their journeys of building a successful and impactful career recognising that Every ending is a new beginning.

I first met Preeti just over ten years ago when I was delivering The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People programme to her and her colleagues in BMW India.
