To enable Fulfilling Performance we need healthy quantities of what we call the Four Fundamentals. One of those Fundamentals is Purpose.
For episode 191, back in October 2024, I had the pleasure to interview Amy Rowlinson who was about to publish her book, Focus on Why - Create a purposeful way of life.
As Purpose could be considered one of the less tangible contributing factors to Fulfilling Performance I am always keen to learn more about how others approach it and can effectively increase the "quantity" of it they have in their lives.
I have now read Focus on Why and was so impressed with it in many ways. I'm excited by how well it contributes to the conversation as a resource to help enable Fulfilling Performance. I absolutely love it and recommend it! I share more about why that is in this Side Mirror episode.
